How to Post Complaints on the CEMMC Portal

Open the CEMMC Complaints Portal

Click the link below to access the CEMMC complaints portal for IITK:

Log in with Your CC ID and Password

Use your CC ID and Password to log in. Click on Login Based Services to open the login form.

Navigate to the Complaints Section

After logging in, you will see the main dashboard. Look for the "CEMMC - Complaint Management System" section under the services listed. Click on it to proceed.
Click on "Complaint Mgmt Online" in the sidebar, and select File a Complaint.

Fill in Your Complaint Details

In the complaints form fill in your details and provide the necessary details such as:
  • The type of issue (e.g., food outlet, canteen, shop)
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Location (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant information
Be as specific as possible to help resolve the issue quickly.

Submit the Complaint

Once you’ve filled in all the details, review the form, and click the "Submit" button.
