Rules


1. The  basic objective of the game is to own and develop as many companies as you can thereby increasing your worth.


2. 5-6 players can play at a time.

 

3. Every player throws a pair of die at his/her turn & has to move that many blocks as appeared on the die.

 

4. Kingpin has its own currency:
            Blue coin-1000
            Red coin-500
            Green coin-100
            White coin-50

 

5. Each player is given 6500 as an initial amount with the option to buy Real Estate(original price 250) for 750.

 

6. Different blocks have different meanings as you land on or cross them:


SALARY BLOCK (First time salary is 1500):On landing on or crossing the salary block,player earns a salary of 1000 + applicable increaments which include –100/share you own of other company
               --100/mobile phone you own


ASYLUM : On landing on Asylum,player has to miss his next chance or has to give 500 to the bank to avoid missing the chance.


CASINO : On landing on casino, player has to play lucky 7.
                        At 7à 4 times the bet
                        Less than or greater than 7à2 times the bet
                        Bet has to be between 100 and 2000.


Fortune Cookie And Tragedy : Here you have to pick a slip and follow what it says.


Charity Lane: Here you can pay 200 to the bank and can enter into Kingpin Lane.However if your die throw falls short, that 200 is forfeit.


Crossing :Here you don’t have to pay 200 but have an option to enter Kingpin lane(just mention your choice before you throw the die)

  • Only one dice is allowed in Kingpin lane .Insurance use is not allowed in this lane.

 

KINGPIN:If you land here, you have to draw a card.The value of card you draw(0-3) represent the no.of shares of the same company the player can collect from any other player.


Real Estate : An important block.On landing here,player can buy real estate (worth 250) from the bank.Real Estate is required to establish/expand the company or to increase its worth.

 

Insurance :There are only 2 insurance card available with the bank.On landing on insurance block,player can buy insurance card (worth300) from the bank.

  • You can use insurance card to move one step forward or backward after the die throw.

 

Mobile Phone Showroom:On landing here,player has to buy a mobile phone worth 1000 if it is available(only 2 phones are available in the market)

  • Advantage: you get 100/per mobile phone you own with the salary.
  • Disadvantage:you have to pay a service fee if you land on mobile phone service provider block.Rent/fee goes to the bank if no one owns the Mobile company.

 

Automobile Showroom:Same as mobile showroom except here you have to buy a car(only 2 cars available in the market).

  • Advantage:Owning car allows you to move one extra step every chance.
  • Disadvantage:You have to pay a service fee if you land on Service station block.

 

Permits : There are 4 types of permit:
1)Transport permit(only 3 available) which you can buy at Transport firm block.

 

2)Packaging permit(limited) which you can buy at Packaging Unit block.

 

3)Advertising permit(limited) which you can buy at Advertising Agency block.

 

4)Retail Chain permit(limited) which you can buy at Retail Chain block.


A player with a permit is the owner of the respective agency and may now enter into legal contracts with industries. Contacts are required to expand your company .


Company Blocks:On landing on a company block, you can buy the licence of the company if it’s not already sold.If player lands on a company block which is already established, then player has to pay a rent to the owner as written on Controlling Stakes card.

  • To be the owner of a company requires atleast 4 of the company’s shares .There are total of 7 shares of a company.
  • If company is established and nobody is the owner, rent goes to the bank.

 

Deals: A player can throw an open or a closed deal at his/her chance before throwing the die.

  • Each deal is allotted 1.5 minutes.
  • No third person can speak during a closed deal.
  • Deal on future assets (assets you don’t own currently) is strictly not allowed.
  • No alliances or mergers are allowed.

 

Note: Moderator has exclusive rights and absolute veto power to disqualify any player or stop the game. Moderator’s say will be the final say.
