About Us

Ultimate Frisbee Society is a new addition to the sports culture at IIT Kanpur. We are a family, a community of Ultimate playing people in the campus. Our vision is to ensure that everyone in the campus has access and support to play Ultimate. We also have an Institute Ultimate team and we wish to take IIT Kanpur at a respectable position in competitive Ultimate in India.
In India, Ultimate is mostly played as a mixed team of men and women to promote gender equality. Ultimate can become an icon for gender equality in sports at IITK too.
