Workshop on B-Plan Essentials

Planning alone will not produce desired results but there can not be the proper execution without the right plan. The business plan workshop aims to help you take the first step towards successfully selling your idea to potential customers and investors. Starting from the very basics of a business plan it will get all the key issues, problems, interconnections, unknowns, resource requirements, and timing issues out in the open where you can see them and figure out how to move forward. And not to forget to keep you entertained.

Venkatesh Sarvasiddhi: He is a part of Developer Platform & Evangelism Marketing Team of Microsoft India. His primary responsibility is to engage with the right audience in Partner & Influencer community and create a strong and sustainable engagement framework for Microsoft India.
He is a B.Sc Engg (Electrical) holder from the Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Master of Science from BITS Pilani and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta has varied experience that ranges from Services, Outsourcing, Product Marketing, Asset Monetization to Partnership & Alliances.
He started his career with Birlasoft in the Global Business Development Division and moved on to HCL Tech where he was heading the Direct Marketing Operations and from there he moved to Polaris Software labs as Assistant Vice President-Corporate Marketing.
He was also featured as Frontrunners and the Youngest AVP of Corporate India at the age of 26, by Business India 23rd March 2008 edition.

 

Harpreet S. Grover : He holds a dual degree in civil engineering from IIT Bombay. He has founded a company called CoCubes, aiming to connect colleges and companies across India. He is also the founder of an NGO called BePrepared which helps reduce the information gap about various firms by educating final year students through compilation of interview and job experiences of seniors. Apart from brain-storming on out-of-box ideas, he is a published photographer, poet and an amateur mountaineer.
