Games Council
a. The aim of the Games Council is to organize and promote all extracurricular activities in the field of games and any other duties assigned by the Senate.
b. The General Secretary Games shall be the chairman of the Council and shall supervise and coordinate all its activities.
c. The General Secretary Games shall propose the names of students as captains and secretaries for various games activities to be ratified by the Senate.
d. The Council shall consist of the General Secretary Games, the President or his/her nominee, Finance Convener (ex-officio) ,one member of the finance Committee (ex-officio) and members nominated by the General Secretary.
e. The Secretaries shall be responsible for the organizational part of the work, especially the off-field activities whereas the captains shall be responsible for on-field activities.
